Hi, Tim.
I have tried several times to complete the upgrade and finally succeeded
just now. I think the problem is my inadequate broadband service which
is somewhat unreliable. I'm guessing that my repeated attempts gradually
completed all the files and allowed the installation.
If it helps you, I will attempt to send all 20 files, but I failed to do
that the first time due to lack of expertise - I feel that this
reporting system is for experts! Let me know if you still need them for
completeness.
