Public bug reported:
1. Open svn-workbench
2. I clicked on the 'Log History' clock icon on the main toolbar to open the
log history date selection dialog box.
3. I clicked on the 'Show since' option box, and tried to select "November"
from the month dropdown box (The current date is 2011-11-04 and I have
committed files on everyday of the month, so there is log history)
Expected Result = November is selected
Actual Result = I cannot select November, only prior months.
