In addition to indicating whether or not the problem occurs on Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot, please also tell us what browser you are using (as was asked in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+question/155919). Are you using Firefox? The Chromium browser? Midori? Something else?
Also, does the problem occur if you log in to your Ubuntu using a different user account? If you only have one user account, you can create a second one for testing purposes.
