Since this problem resolved without any change to prism itself, it is not the case that there was a bug that was then fixed. Either the problem was not due to a bug, in which case this should be closed as Invalid, or it was due to a bug but you are no longer willing/able to provide the necessary information for a developer to work on it (you did, after all, close the bug), in which case this should also be closed as Invalid.
Therefore, the correct status for this bug is Invalid.
