You reported a crash in pidgin/purple.  Many times these are actually
due to one of the plugins.  Please close all running instances of
pidgin/purple, make a backup of your ~/.purple directory, then remove
~/.purple/prefs.xml and restart pidgin.  This will disable plugins.
Please let us know if the crash still occurs.  If it doesn't you should
try to find out which of your active plugins is causing the issue.  Let
me know if you need assistance.
