Public bug reported:

On my system the following version of ubuntu lucid installed:
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS
Release: 10.04

The version of tzdata is the following:
apt-cache policy tzdata
tzdata:
  Installiert: 2011l-0ubuntu0.10.04
  Kandidat: 2011n-0ubuntu0.10.04
  Versions-Tabelle:
     2011n-0ubuntu0.10.04 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-updates/main Packages
 *** 2011l-0ubuntu0.10.04 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     2010i-1 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages

This is quite funny. On my laptop the tzdata update installed without
any problem. Only on my workstation the update won't install, despite
the fact that both computers are running the same versions of ubuntu.
This is the first time this happened to me.
