I suspect that 51b418e70493b5780b9c21f7d21788f69bedf761 is involved in
fixing this. To my untutored eye, that is not obviously safe to
backport.
libchamplain builds fine with valac-0.14, so I'm going to switch over
its build-dependency. That's the default version of valac anyway.
