Public bug reported:

1.4.10 is very old, and is missing targets that are in the kernel as
well as some bugfixes. Debian testing has 1.4.12; 1.4.12.1 is the
latest.

My need is for TPROXY in ip6tables, which was added between 1.4.10 and
1.4.11. Installing the Debian package was clean and solved my problem,
but I was hoping the new version would ship in Precise so I wouldn't
need to use a Debian package indefinitely.

** Affects: iptables (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
