Thanks for reporting.
Unfortunately, the logs do not show much information. There seems to be
an error related to fmtutil-sys (the utility that maintains the TeX
format files), but, since it logged the messages in a separate file, I
am currently unable to determine what the problem was.
Is the file /tmp/fmtutil.3CVrapI2 still present? If yes, please copy it
to a different location (not in /tmp) and attach it to the bug report.
