Closing out the pm-utils task until it's clearer what exactly would need
changed there. It's possible this is just a driver issue.
Just to echo the previous requests, please do re-test with newer Ubuntu
and confirm it's still an issue. I'll leave it Incomplete until we get
a response from the original reporter.
