Always  using the "Recovery_Modus" and selecting inside friendly-
recovery-menu the option:

"dpkg"

you get the message:

Removing of "/var/cache/apt/archives/partial/*“ not possible. File not
found

Removing of "/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*" not possible. File not found

Caused to the bash-script mentioned, that contains:

# do some cleanup
rm /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*
rm /var/cache/apt/archives/partial/*

that should be=

# do some cleanup
rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*
rm  -rf /var/cache/apt/archives/partial/*
