Public bug reported:
When I restore maximized windows that had previously been minimized in
the launcher I end up with a wrongly placed window. It is as if the
window has been pulled up while being maximized. The title bar is still
visible if I drag the mouse on the upper part of the screen but I have
to click twice on the maximize/unmaximize button in order to get it
correctly displayed.
This bevaviour is constant no matter the application window.
