Public bug reported:
My issue is that when navigating my desktop, particularly when moving to
the launcher menu (not manipulating windows at this time), the window
snap highlight gets stuck.
The desktop works, no crash or data loss is experienced. To remove the
empty highlighted window I have to seek an open program and snap it to
any direction.
