I got around to reproducing this and I was able to confirm the titlebars
not updating problem. After enabling "use system titlebars", the
titlebars only update if the windows is maximized and then minimized, so
I'll mark this as confirmed. What exactly do you mean by the icons
changing background for no reason, though?
