This has affected me as well.
Raising to High, this is a bug causing potential data loss as the
mailbox is expected to be in sync after offlineimap runs successfully.
Since bug #883993 is linked to the debian bug I'm going to mark this one
a dupe of that and let bug #883993 run through the SRU process.
