This bug was fixed in the package cmake - 2.8.5-1ubuntu3

---------------
cmake (2.8.5-1ubuntu3) precise; urgency=low

  * Mark compiler flag tests as expected failures. These currently fail on
ARM due to a compiler driver bug. Now that that bug has been analysed
and reported, we aren't gaining anything by failing to build cmake since
previous versions of cmake failed in exactly the same way, so let's
ignore these failures for now (LP: #887377).
