A year ago I marked this bug as a duplicate of bug 659060, since they both
report that language-selector sometimes stops working when you press a
particular button. Possibly I'm wrong, but I don't think it's meaningful here
to distinguish between hanging and crashing.
The link I posted leads to Brian's comment when he made both the bugs
duplicates of bug 507062.
