I'm actually going to drop this option from the F9 menu. The idea was
originally that others would contribute keybinding sets and I'd include
them as options in Byobu. It's been 3 years, and no new keybinding set
has shown up. I'm deprecating this option in the menu.
Note that you will be able to, however, toggle the keybindings easily,
though, with Shift-F12.
