Aurimas, I have made a CUPS package now which uses the patch of http://www.cups.org/str.php?L3965 instead of doing the USB device reset. It is in my PPA now.
Can everyone who suffers/suffered this bug try the new CUPS package in my PPA (https://launchpad.net/~till-kamppeter/+archive/ppa)? Simply follow the instructions under "Adding this PPA to your system" and then update your Oneiric system.
