I tried
http://pkgs.org/ubuntu-11.10/ubuntu-restricted-amd64/bcmwl-kernel-
source_5.100.82.38+bdcom-0ubuntu4_amd64.deb.html#download
and it works well - wouldn't it be easier to just use this more up to
date kernel module?
