gnome-app-install offers you an option to launch a program just after installing it by double-clicking its icon or name; this involves no interaction with the gnome menubar, and made me think that something similar could be done in gdebi.
How does gnome-app-install do it? Isn't there a way that gdebi could replicate the process? ** Attachment added: "screenshot of gnome-app-install" http://librarian.launchpad.net/7689168/Pantallazo-Aplicaciones%20nuevas.png -- "launch program" button https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/115187 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
