Public bug reported:

I can't get any sound out of either rhythmbox or sound juicer. I tried
playing an audio CD using the sound juicer and I got no sound, after
extracting the files using sound juicer I tried to play them and still
got no sound. I have Ubuntu installed on my slave hard drive, should
that effect it? I just closed the music player because it was importing
all the sound files on the disk, There is no sound when I play them
either. I am using Ubuntu 7.0.4, I just installed it today and I hope
there are no more bugs like this one.
