k. I'll try that I just compiled xfce4-power-manager with changes from https://launchpadlibrarian.net/83453821/xfce4-power-manager_1.0.10-4ubuntu1%7Eppa1.debian.tar.gz. It just contained a patch for backlight stuff. I still get the error: "The error was 'BadName (named color or font does not exist)'."
