Hi Sergio. I'm glad you have solved the problem. After reading http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/latest/ar01s06.html I think that %F is better field code than %U (texmaker can open multiple files but I think it can't open URL files). So I think it's better change in /usr/share/applications/texmaker.desktop the line
