As Dmitry has noted the icons are not the same which suggests they are
different programs. Can you give a discription or screenshot of the list
of functionality provided by each of the icons once clicked on.
I'm changing this to a question as this seems to be a problem with an
unwanted (non default) installed program rather than a bug
