All I did was run "nautilus &" from a terminal and wait a few seconds
and it crashed pretty quickly
fwiw, I had both both ubuntuone-client-gnome package and nautilus-
dropbox installed. I reinstalled both ubuntuone-client-gnome and
nautilus-dropbox and things no longer crash
