Did you upgrade from an older version of Deluge? Also do you to still
have the old config, in particular the ui.conf or gtkui.conf files to
see what might be causing the issue.
It is a difficult issue to debug as I cannot replicate but it seems some
Fedora users have encountered it from time to time so I'll leave it as
new for now.
