For some reason your /etc/apt/sources.list{.d/} weren't attached, but it seems
that problem is there. Can you please open Software Sources, disable everything
under "Other Software" tab (see
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu#Removing_.26_Disabling_Repositories),
and then try to upgrade again?
