I am marking the Precise task FixReleased (unknown fix), and closing
WONTFIX the Oneiric one. We cannot replicate it anymore; even more, we
never saw this issue outside KVM.
The workaround for Oneiric is, as noted in the comments above, to
increase the VM's memory allocation.
