1. Type Ctrl Alt Del.
What happens: In Unity, a mutant version of the Log Out dialog appears.
What should happen: The nearest equivalent to the Windows Task Manager
appears. Currently, that is the "Processes" tab of System Monitor.

Maybe this shouldn't be implemented in gnome-session, but gnome-session
is what currently traps the keybinding, so it does need at least a small
code change there.
