Public bug reported:

One of my mail accounts is set up with Server Type == Standard Unix mbox
spool file (/var/spool/mail/username)

Searching for "Body contains" fails to locate any matching messages, for
both quick and advanced searches.

Searching for "Body contains" in the other IMAP accounts works as
expected.
