Public bug reported:

ttf-nanum-coding provides Korean monospace font.
But it has problem at proportion configuring(LP: #881768).
So, I report this bug and fix it.

But, ttf-nanum-coding's new version was already packaged at Debian about 2 
weeks ago.

(note : as in changelog, ttf-nanum-coding was renamed to fonts-nanum-
coding recently)

The fontconfig configuration added at latest version of 
ttf-nanum-coding(fonts-nanum-coding) include fix about this bug.
So, this patch is no longer appropriate.

Also, ttf-nanum-coding was renamed to fonts-nanum-coding, and ttf-nanum-coding 
become transitional package.
So, please sync 2 packages.
