Thank you for your answer.

Curious thing that before upgrade I remounted /boot partition with command
sudo mount -o remount,rw /boot/

When I faced the problem, and find out that most errors linked with 
/boot partition, I remount /boot once more, and then reinstall desktop
sudo aptitude install xubuntu-desktop

This is solved my problems with upgrade.
