None of the power saving modes work at all on this motherboard.

The motherboard is working properly: it has passed a stress-test with
Prime95 run for 24-hours non-stop, in Windows 7 (64-bit).

How many times can I update the BIOS?  If keeping it updated with every
BIOS release helps, then I will do that, even though it's risky!
