The following errors generally indicate either bad media (CD / DVD) or
the drive.  Since you've said you've tried different drives I'd
recommend burning the DVD at a slower speed or trying a different blank
media.

Incidentally, is there a particular reason you are trying to install
Ubuntu 11.04?  The latest version is 11.10.
