Public bug reported:
1. Go to System->Administration->Software Sources
2. Select "Third party" Tab
3. There is a "Add..." option here.
If you use a language different from english, you'll see that appears
untranslated (tried with catalan and french).
If you see the file: /usr/share/software-properties/glade/main.glade in the
line 487:
<property name="label">Add...</property>
I think that is missing translatable="yes" option here:
<property name="label" translatable="yes">Add...</property>
