Please merge midentd 2.3.1-3.1 from debian unstable. The interim Debian
changelog is as follows:
midentd (2.3.1-3.1) unstable; urgency=high
* Non-maintainer upload during BSP.
* Fix non-conditional use of update-inetd in postrm (Closes: #417034).
* Add depends on update-inetd as it is used in prerm and postinst.
