Public bug reported:
cant install or update or a lot of programs due to following error - :The
action would require the installation of packages from not authenticated
sources- Ubuntu refuses me to give permission for updates or installation even
thought I am the administrator.
Cant tick/ set permission in permission check boxes and so on. I am on version
11.10. I upgraded from 10.10 to 11.10
