If they reply it is still buggy, try to get all the information possible about it from them. Make sure they're running Oneiric for instance! If they reply it is fixed, then great, close away! Is good if you can track the change that fixed things for them too. If they don't reply, no harm. Note that bugs which are not confirmed for 90 are automatically expire. But just saying we fixed it, or it is invalid, without checking with the reporter, is a bit rude. I hope you see what I mean.
