Hello Anderson, thank you for your bug report. I'd like to figure out
exactly what is happening that is preventing startup like this. Could
you please open a terminal and launch software-center from the command
line (as shown below), and then paste the resulting output here? That
should tell us what is happening so that we can fix this up for you.
$ software-center
