According to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/CommonTasks "Fix Committed"
means that a fix will be uploaded soon. "Fix Released" means it has
been uploaded. Needs info is not correct because no further info is
needed to diagnose and resolve the issue. Also a debdiff is not
possible because this is a merge, not a minor change, and there is a new
.orig.tar.gz, which can not be reflected in a debdiff.
