Thank you for suggestion this improvement to xchat.
Hmm. This isn't really a Ubuntu issue, though. It's debatable whether
apps actually need a license button in the About dialog. If you think
it's important please approach upstream about it. I don't think it's
something we must worry about in Ubuntu, so am closing as a WontFix.
