My guess, but a new installation after I reformatted the HD went well, so the image was correct. Maybe Peppermint had trouble deleting UBUNTU 11, which blocked my CD player, so I wanted to change to Peppermint, who leaves my CDplayer intact. Thanks for your reaction, Pieter Leever
