So the problem here are:
* You're using dpkg rather than apt, and dpkg doesn't automatically install
dependencies (not a bug)
* bash needs to be Multi-Arch: foreign
libc6, libasound2, zlib1g, and libxext6 have all been converted for
multiarch, so the rest shouldn't be a problem.
