according to: http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/wlan-klappt-aber- kein-n-standard/#post-2732590
there are currently stability problems with some wifi standards. so i turned the n standard off by putting the line: options iwlagn 11n_disable=1 in my /etc/modprobe.d/options.conf and reloaded network manager and my kernel module. still testing but it seems stable. If it works for others i hope a fix will be released soon. In my options.conf there were entrys for other modules, so i guess the iwlagn was just forgot when delivering oneiric. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/842007 Title: Intel Wifi 5100 not working on Oneiric and Kernel 3.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/842007/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
