I couldn't find valid information about my touchpad's manufacturer that might help fix this issue on Lenovo's website. Plus I don't have the necessary capabilities to extract that information from my laptop itself. So I guess I must give up on getting a fix for this (for now) and hope one will be found on the next updates.
