Dear Sikander Mahmood, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#When%20not%20to%20file%20a%20bug. There is also a vibrant support community available at http://askubuntu.com and http://ubuntuforums.org and you might consider asking your question there.
In most cases the kernel and Ubuntu installation comes with the majority of needed drivers for Intel. Please include more details in the question post such as: 1. Which version of Ubuntu? 2. What type of hardware? 3. Has Ubuntu been updated? 4. Include information which is described here on how to collect (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs) ----- Many thanks, Peter Dam (SwitchDK) Ubuntu Bug Squad volunteer triager http://wiki.ubuntu.com/BugSquad ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New => Invalid ** Converted to question: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/179671 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/890258 Title: VGA Drivers Not Install To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/890258/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
