I call it a security issue and is something we should really look into
fixing this cycle.

** Description changed:

- When a new application is launched through Unity's panel to the left,
- the newly launched application doesn't get focus (it isn't a main
- window). As a result, it's possible to close an application which is
- "below", which is extremely annoying.
+ 1) make sure the "Home" folder icon available in Unity panel launches
Nautilus maximized.
+ 2) close/minimize all programs/windows
+ 3) launch Firefox, open some website and click within firefox window
+ 4) launch "Home" icon, which will open Nautilus and show items in the Home
folder
+ 5) without clicking in Nautilus window, go directly to top left and click on
X button to close the window -

- To reproduce:
+ What happens:
+ Firefox will be closed even though nautilus is visually upfront but firefox
has the focus

- 1) make sure the "Home" folder icon available in Unity panel launches
Nautilus fullscreen.
- 2) close all programs/windows
- 3) launch Firefox, open some website
- 4) launch "Home" icon, which will open Nautilus and show items in the Home
folder
- 5) without clicking in Nautilus window, go directly to top left and click on
X button to close the window - Firefox will be closed, while it would be
expected that Nautilus closes
+ What should happen:
+ The newly opened nautilus window should be focused.
