Public bug reported:

After switching back to a workspace with a maximised window, moving the
pointer to the left edge of the screen triggers a semi-maximise preview!

To reproduce:

1. Maximise a window, say Chromium
2. Click on the workspace icon in the Launcher
3. Double click on the workspace you were just on to return to it
4. Move the pointer to the far left of the screen.

What currently incorrectly happens:
- a semi-maximise preview appears!

What should happen:
- nothing
