Yes, this is reproducible with the following steps:
1. Snap a window to the left or right side of the desktop
2. Move the mouse over the minimize button's left side
Expected: the minimize button should still be highlighted, and when clicked,
should minimize the window
What happens: when the mouse is on the left edge of the minimize button the
close button gets highlighted and the window is closed if you click the left
edge of the minimize button.
Note that this does not happen with normal state or fuully maximized apps, but
with snapped windows, the area to highlight a button is a bit shifted to the
right, and does not completely cover the window button image area.
